Beehive Cheese is now offering a cheese class at its creamery, at 2440 E. 6600 South, Suite 8, in Uintah (just off on Highway 89 on your way to Ogden). At "Cheese 101: An Into to Artisan Cheese," you'll learn about the history of cheese, how it's made, and how to enjoy it.
Vanessa Chang, Director of Education at Caputo's Market and features editor at Edible Wasatch magazine, will lead the class. Stop in a little before 6:15 p.m. to enjoy a tasty complimentary beverage and some socializing. Class fee is $20 per person.
