Sundance Resort has been known for great seasonal mountain cuisine at its restaurants, Tree Room, Foundry Grill and Zoom.
The restaurants' culinary team has recent been switched up.
Executive Chef Mark Shoup now takes the helm as Chef of Zoom, Sundance’s Park City Restaurant.
Taking over as Sundance Resort Executive Chef is Ryker W. Brown, most recently from Park City’s Waldorf Astoria. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu at the California School of Culinary Arts. He has worked at DJ's California Catering, the PGA Tour in Valencia, Calif., Big Sky Resort and the Yellowstone Club in Montana, Tarragon Restaurant in Colorado, Chartwells in Idaho, and Promontory Ranch Club in Idaho.
The new Tree Room chef is Chris Park, who began his career as an apprentice to chefs Daniel Chelbove and Robert Ruch in Allentown, Pa. He was executive chef of The Gourmet Chalet in Pennsylvania and also worked at the restaurant Phoebe in Vermont.
Taking over as the chef of the Foundry Grill restaurant is Gabriel D.
Morin, was most recently at Zermatt Resort in Midway, Utah. He also worked at Alta's Rustler Lodge and was sous chef at the Sky Lodge‘s Easy Street Brasserie.
Jessica Shelton was named the resort's pastry chef. She worked as pastry chef for Utah Food Services and at Stein Eriksen Lodge.
